Most of them I do but taking time out and planning a special day each week are the two I am going to incorporate into my life. Do you have any to suggest? I have another one to add and that is be grateful as often as you can about the simple things in your life you take for granted. The water coming out of your taps when you turn them on. How about your warm cosy comfortable bed that you sleep in at night? Imagine sleeping on the cold hard floor. Thinking about how you feel about everything you see, use and feel and feeling gratitude for it makes more wonderful things come into your life. You get what you focus on. What do you want more of?
