Movement is so important for losing weight and improving your health. But forget that word exercise.
If I ask myself what it means to me I think of hard word, boring, repetitive, I could go on but I am sure you get my drift! Movement is a much nicer word. Softer, fun, exciting and easy. I love my early morning bike rides followed by a bit of bare foot walking, maybe some Pilates or Yoga and a walk later in the day. It is what I love doing but I admit it has taken a fair few years to figure it out.
Experiment and try different things, but above all make it FUN! If you do that you will never have to exercise again and you will Improve Your Health at the same time.
