FERMENTED FOODS helped me take my health to a new level and one which I wish I had discovered years ago. Forget boring sauerkraut and instead discover the incredible flavours that can be yours by fermenting things such as cucumber, lemons and even nuts to make a delectable nut “cheese”.
I learnt to make them the hard way, with lots of trial and error but now I have honed down the procedure to make it quick and easy, but above all a taste delight for you. Everything starts in the gut and unless you make friends with the good bacteria by feeding and nurturing them you will never obtain true health.
