Are you like a lot of the population weighing a little bit more than before the winter started? It is very easy and only natural to put a few pounds over the cold months and now the days are getting longer and you become more active they should effortlessly drop off. However, for some that doesn't happen and at Spring time each year they find themselves a few pounds heavier than the year before. Whatever you do please don't go on a "diet" - the weight will fall off but it will probably go back on and more besides when you stop, as anyone who has ever been on one knows.
If you want to drop a couple of dress sizes then my recommendation to you would be to ditch the processed foods and eat more whole foods that come from the ground. Anything with an ingredient listing should be left on the shelf in the supermarket. It actually makes shopping so much easier because you don't have to walk down most of the isles. There are much nicer places to go walking! Fruit and vegetables are all at the beginning and the whole food section is relatively small. Even better, use your local green grocers or farm shop. Better again, grown your own. Even a small herb garden and some sprouted seeds will improve your health and so ultimately help you achieve your natural size.
Just imagine eating whatever you want and being your ideal weight. Once you become more healthy your weight naturally stabilises at a level that is perfect for you and the best bit is you really don't want to eat that cream bun because you know how it will make you feel afterwards. Health enhancing foods actually start to taste better and you body starts to crave the nutrients it so badly needs.
