My bespoke retreats are ideal for individuals or couples who are fed up with all the conflicting health information that we hear and see in the media. We'll create mouth-watering dishes that are free from grains, dairy, unfermented soya as well as some fermented foods and drinks such as Kimchi (a Korean vegetable dish) and Kefir and Kombucha. We'll discuss why gut health really matters and how you can improve your health for the long term.
The investment for your individual bespoke one-to-one 2 night health break is just £695. Should you wish to come along with your partner or friend, sharing your room then £495 each.
The prices quoted are "off peak". Peak season from 1st June to 30th September incurs a £20 supplement per person per night.
