You will gain the basic skills to create your own probiotics and save you a fortune in the long run. We will be doing lots of tastings, and you will be inspired to go home and start creating your own variations.

You will take home some starter cultures to get you going and a jar of fermented vegetables that you will make, together with all the recipes. If you wanted to take home all the wonderful creations you will be learning about you can pay an extra £30 and take home the mason jars and the organic contents.
