I will go through which foods are really easy to grow yourself with limited space, which will include sprouting your own seeds. Your taste buds will be amazed by some of the things we will make – how about Banoffee Pie, Key Lime Pie, Energy Balls, lasagne, salads as you have never seen them before, “rice” and “pasta”.

This is no masterclass, but good wholesome food for modern lifestyles.
